Real Madrid midfielder, Aurelien Tchouameni, has warned Manchester City that his side will revenge when both teams clash in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals next month.
Recall that Man City defeated Madrid 5-1 on aggregate when both teams clashed in the semi-final encounter last season.
Real Madrid have been drawn against City three seasons in a row now.
In a recent interview, Tchouameni spoke about facing Pep Guardiola’s side again this season, saying (via Madrid Universal):
“We are Real Madrid, we can’t be afraid. They knocked us out last year and we’ll be out for revenge, we will want to show who Real Madrid is.
“To be the best, you have to beat the best. We’ll take game after game to lift the trophy in June.”
